Nicky Nunn retains the copyright on all artworks produced, displayed and sold from this site.
 
This includes commissioned work; commissioned work is copyright of Nicky Nunn and is not to be reproduced or resold by anyone other than Nicky Nunn.
 
A deposit of 50% is taken on the commencement of a commissioned drawing. On completion of commissioned artwork, a watermarked image is sent via email to the client for approval. If approval cannot be reached on the final image, then full payment and finished artwork will not be exchanged, however, the deposit paid is not refundable.
 
Nicky Nunn agrees not to reproduce fully paid-for commissioned work for print sales but retains the right to use the commissioned work for promotion, exhibition and book content.
 
All artworks will be packaged and posted once full payment has been received.
 
Commissioned work will be packaged and sent once a client has approved a watermarked image of the artwork via email and full payment has been received.
 
In the unlikely event of goods getting damaged in transit, clients are urged to converse with us as soon as possible. Damaged goods are to be returned to us in their original packaging at the client’s expense. New artwork will then be sent to the client, or a refund will be arranged.
 
Banking charges by the receiving bank on payments to us will be borne by us. All other charges relating to payment in a currency other than UK Sterling will be the responsibility of the client.
 
Payment of import duty may be liable in some countries, which is the sole responsibility of the client.
 
No one other than Nicky Nunn may copy, modify, publish, transfer, sell, reproduce, create derivative works from, distribute, perform, display, or in any way exploit any of the images/artworks made by Nicky Nunn displayed on this site or otherwise. All images are protected by strict copyright laws.
