On receiving your tubed print, care should be taken to remove the print from the tube with clean hands, the print should be unrolled onto a clean flat surface, with protective wrapping still in place on either side of print, the print will need to be secured in a flat position for a period so as to straighten the print from its curled transport position.
 
In the unlikely event of goods being damaged in transit, clients are urged to converse with us as soon as possible. Damaged goods are to be returned to us in their original packaging at the client’s expense. A new artwork will then be sent to the client, or a refund arranged.
 
Art works are packaged in protective cardboard tubes and delivered by Royal Mail signed for 1st Class service.
